Imphal: With the discharge of 15 COVID-19 patients, the number of active cases dropped to 63 in Manipur on Friday.
A total of 217 patients have been discharged so far.
Five new positive cases were confirmed out of 33 samples. Two of them belonged to Imphal West and Imphal East respectively and the other one to Chandel district. The positivity rate was 15.2 percent.
The cumulative positive cases stood at 280. No COVID-19 related death case recorded in the new COVID wave.
