Imphal: The staff of the Customs Division, Imphal, along with the teachers of Wangkhei High School, Imphal East on Saturday celebrated Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by cleaning the compound of the school and planting tree saplings in the compound to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of India Independence.
Assistant commissioner, Customs Division, Imphal H.L.Songate inaugurated the function by planting tree sapling in the compound of the school.
The Customs Division, Imphal, expressed its heartfelt gratitude to the teachers of Wangkhei High School for their ‘kind’ cooperation.
