Imphal: As per the latest COVID-19 status report issued by the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP), 8 samples out of 43 tested today have found to be positive, indicating a daily positivity rate of 18.6%.
With this, the cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases reported in the state of Manipur since June 1, 2025, stands at 263, with Imphal West accounting for the highest number of cases, followed by Imphal East and Thoubal districts.
As of now, there are 92 active cases in the state, most of whom are under home isolation. Altogether, 171 individuals have recovered and been discharged, with the recovery count notably surpassing active cases. There have been no reported COVID-19 deaths so far. (DIPR)
