Imphal: Dr. Anupam Mishra, vice-chancellor of Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal, called on Manipur governor, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan, here on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Dr. Mishra apprised the governor of the university’s recent initiatives and achievements, particularly in the areas of early childhood nutrition, health economics, nutritional economics, and the quantification of health indicators.
He also provided an overview of the academic advancements undertaken by the university.
The governor appreciated the university’s efforts and emphasized the importance of continued focus on child health and nutrition, especially in the formative year.
