Imphal: With the confirmation three more Covid-19 active cases in Manipur, the cumulative number of positive cases in the new wave has risen to 37 on Wednesday.
The three new cases was identified when 22 samples were tested. Each of the three belonged to Tengnoupal, Imphal East and Imphal West districts.
Imphal West has the highest number of cumulative positive cases of 23, followed by Imphal East with seven cases. Bishnupur has four positive cases while Tamenglong, Tengnoupal and Kakching districts have one positive case each.
So far two Covid-19 affected persons have been discharged reducing the active cases tally to 35.
