Imphal: The Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Manipur, on Monday said it is organising a Short Film competition aimed at raising awareness on pressing social issues through storytelling.
It invited filmmakers, content creators, and the public to create impactful short films for promoting awareness and positive change in the society.
The competition will be held under various themes, including ‘My City, My Responsibility’, ‘Say No to Single-Use Plastic’, ‘E-Challan Awareness’, ‘Unity in Diversity’, and ‘Support, Don’t Punish’.
“The contest is open to all, and participants are required to submit films with a maximum duration of two minutes, either in English or Manipuri in MP4 (HD) format,” the DIPR said.
Participants must submit the completed entry form along with a pen drive/DVD or an online link containing the short film to the DIPR head office at Nityaipat Chuthek, Airport Road, opposite BJP office, Imphal West, during office hours. A hard copy of the entry form is mandatory and must be submitted, it added.
