Imphal: No textbook for 2024 was printed before issuing printing order, secretary of Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BoSEM), S. Mangijao said on Thursday.
He said this clarifying the allegation by All Manipur Muslim Students’ Organisation (AMMSO) that before issuing order from BOSEM, text book from class I to X are printed under conspiracy with some printing press.
He said the allegation is baseless and no text book is printed before issuing the order from authority concerned of the board.
He urged AMMSO to report to BoSEM if they have evidence for the allegation that made. BoSEM will take necessary legal action against those who are involved if the allegation is found valid, he said.
Mangoljao said AMMSO should make a clarification on the issue within three days.
Necessary legal will be taken up against the students’ body for trying to defame BoSEM.
