Imphal: A combined team of Thoubal district Police commando and two columns of 16 Assam Rifles arrested on over ground worker of the proscribed underground organisation, KCP (Noyon) from Tangjeng near FCI godown, Thoubal district on Tuesday.
The arrested person has been identified as one Thingujam Kalachand Singh, 52, son of late Roton Singh of Thoubal Kiyam Mayai Leikai.
Police said he was arrested at about 10.30 pm by the combined team.
The combined team seized one SBI ATM card registered in the name of one Md Manjur Ahamad and one SBI passbook registered in the name of his son Thingujam Bonds Singh of Thoubal Kiyam Awang Leikai, Thoubal district rom his possession.
The arrested person along with the seizures have been handed over to Thoubal Police station and a case has been registered at the same police station.
