    Imphal: Covid-19 active cases moved down to 153 on Thursday with the discharge of 23 patients in Manipur. In the past 24 hours, 15 persons  from general population were confirmed as new Covid-19 positive cases. The cumulative number of recovered cases was 28,499 The recovery rate was 98.19 percent.
