Ghana university honors Manipur titular king Honorary Doctorate degree

Imphal: WEBBIC University, Republic of Ghana has conferred MP Rajya Sabha and titular king of Manipur Leishemba Sanajaoba Honorary Doctorate Degree (HONORIS CAUSA) in the field of Social Work on Sunday.

The degree was conferred to Leishemba in recognition of the continuous works for the betterment of the community and enthusiasm for serving the people, in a programme held at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, organised by Lata Foundation in association with Journalist Council of India (JCI).

In a press release issued and signed by Maisnam Shivadutta Luwang who is the OSD and media advisor to MP Rajya Sabha, Leishemba Sanajaoba, it was mentioned that earlier World Human Rights Protection Commission (WHRPC) had also conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree (HONORIS CAUSA) to Maharaja Sanajaoba Leishemba, MP, (Rajya Sabha) for recognition of his commitment to the development of Social Work worldwide on 23rd October, 2021.
