Brahma Kumaris suggest Guv meditation training, stress management for IDPs

Imphal: The Brahma Kumaris of Manipur led by its state in-charge, BK Nilima along with five others called on Manipur governor Anusuiya Uikey on Wednesday at Raj Bhavan, Imphal and extended invitation for Universal Conclave to be organised in Raj Bhavan as part of the Viksit Bharat programme.

The team also briefed on their various activities taken up for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) taking refuge in relief camps and suggested for a project on meditation training and stress management for the IDPs.

The governor assuring assistance from Raj Bhavan, urged the team to updates on the activities to be taken up for the people at relief camps.

Chairman, Manipur Public Service Commission,  S.K. Dev Verman also called on the governor at Raj Bhavan and briefed on the activities of the Manipur Public Service Commission.

The governor encouraged the newly appointed chairman to execute his duty diligently in the interest of the people of Manipur.
