Oil Pumps resume service

Oil pumps in the state were today shut down by the All Manipur Petrol Pump Dealers Association demanding a formal apology from the Consumers Affairs, Food and Public Distribution director for making false allegations of hoarding against two oil pumps.

Later at around 2 pm the oil pumps began to open after the CAF &PD minister Karam Shyam had brought to an agreement after negotiation. However it was not yet clear on what ground the agreement was brought.
