People from various have urged all concerned to avoid disturbing the students who are appearing the metric and higher secondary exams by the festive moods of the election campaign.
Talking to Pothashang Pradip Kumar the youth icon who has challenged the HIV virus said, “We witness Thabal Chongba festival almost every day ahead of the holy festival, musical concerts at different localities and disturbance by the noise of loudspeakers campaigning for votes. What is happening to the society?”
“Yes, election is a must in a democratic state, but the way people participate is not encouraging”, added Pradip.
It’s a sign of a society where there are limited responsible guardians who can raise their voice against such odd conducts in the name of election, said Pradeep. The election authority should also be concern over this very issue that is leading the career of the youth to the dark side, added the youth icon.
Teachers and parents must make an appeal to all concern and at the same time guide their wards not to indulge in such festive activities during the election campaign, said a retired teacher. Candidates, if they are concern for a better society need to think of not disturbing and misguiding the youth during the election campaign, he added.
