Imphal: CGST Imphal Commissionerate on Monday organised a Written Quiz Competition for Class IX to XII Students at GST Bhawan, Thambalkhong, Imphal East as a part of GST Day Celebration that falls on July 1.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from numerous students representing various Schools of Manipur.
Maisnam Lousingleiba of Wangkhei High School bagged the first prize, Nicole Khundongbam of JNV Khumbong got second place and Danish Chesam of Princeton International School stood at the third place.
Dhanashree Yumlembam of Wangkhei High School, H. Maipak Singh of Wangkhei High School, Johnson Keisham of Wangkhei High School, Konjengbam Mangaljit Meitei of Halley English School, Leishangthem Nirbhay of Ramkrishna Mission, Md. Masoom of Princeton International School, Mejajur Maibam of Princeton International School, Moinam Suhana Begum of Princeton International School, Phundreimayum Afnan Khan of Princeton International School, and Taskira of Princeton International School were named for consolation prizes.
The winners will be awarded certificates and prizes on Monday on the occasion of 8th GST Day at GST Bhawan, Thambalkhong.
The CGST department extended its sincere appreciation to all the participants and volunteers who contributed to the success of the event.
