Imphal: Manipur Police arrested one active member of proscribed outfit KCP (Taibanganba) group from Imphal West.
He was identified as Laishram Ronen Singh, 48.
He was involved in extortion of money from shops located at Paona and Thangal bazar, police said.
One .32 pistol along with two magazines, four live round ammunition, two mobile phones, one grey side bag, a sum Rs 2500 and one four-wheeler vehicle were seized by the police from his possession.
