3 militants arrested

Imphal: Manipur Police arrested three active cadres of KCP (Nongdrenkhomba) from Imphal West on Thursday.

They were identified as Loushambam Alin, 25, Herish Maibam, 22 and Bela Oinam, 22, all belong to Imphal West.

The following items were recovered from their. One 9mm along with a magazine loaded with 9 rounds (suspected to be looted from security forces), five mobile handsetS, one red bag containing a sum of Rs 4 lakh and one black polythene bag containing 25 numbers of .303 ammunition.

A case has been registered for further investigation, police said.
