Imphal: Chief minister N. Biren Singh on Monday appealed all to stop violence as he released the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, DIPR Wall Calendar and Diary for 2024 at the chief minister’s secretariat, here.
Speaking to reporters, Biren said solving a problem will take time. He appealed to all to stop violence, start peaceful dialogue, and added that the people have to live together again, resettle the displaced families in their respective places, children have to go to school and that people have to work.
The function was also attended by Works minister Govindas Konthoujam, Information and Public Relations minister Dr. Sapam Ranjan Singh, Social Welfare minister Heikham Dingo Singh, commissioner IPR M. Joy, director Th. Charanjeet Singh, and other officials.
