Imphal: Governor of Manipur has appointed K. Radhashyam Singh as the Chief Information Commissioner of Manipur Information Commission.
The appointment has been given in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
The tenure and terms of service of K. Radhashyam Singh will be in accordance with sub-section 16(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 read with Section 12 of the Right to Information Rules, 2019 (notified vide Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Deptt. of Personnel & Training No. G.S.R.810 (E) dated 24th October, 2019).
