Imphal: Sheel Biotech Limited under the aegis of Mission Organic Value Development For North Eastern Region, in collaboration with Manipur Organic Mission Agency, 20,000 saplings of passion fruit distributed to farmers of Thenmoil village, Churachandpur district on Friday.
The plant saplings were handed over to the representatives of 25 ‘former interest group’ which will be re-distributed to about 500 farmers.
Assistant manager of Sheel Biotech Limited, Pravin Das; state in-charge, Soram Avinash; and district in-charge Pabitra and Tony participated in the distribution programme.
