Imphal: Two COVID-19 patients were expired and 58 including two personnel from Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) were confirmed as new COVID-19 positive cases on Saturday.
In the last 24 hours, two persons aged 76 years (male, Imphal West) and 75 years (male, Senapati) expired at RIMS Hospital (2). The cumulative number of deaths was 336, COVID-19 common control room said.
It said the total number of discharged persons was 141.
The cumulative number of positive cases was 27,598 and the number of active cases was 1,750.
The recovery rate stood at 92.44 percent.
