Imphal: Three more died of COVID-19 in Manipur in 24 hours as recorded on Friday while 67 persons were confirmed as new positive cases.
The three persons expired were men of 74 years, 48 years and 64 years from Imphal East. They expired at JNIMS Hospital. The cumulative number of deaths was 344.
The positive cases were from Imphal West (26), Imphal East (29), Thoubal (1), Bishnupur (5), Kakching (2) and Tamenglong (4).
The cumulative number of positive cases was 27,943; the cumulative number of recovered cases was 26,247; the number of active cases was 1,352; and the recovery rate was 93.93 percent.
