Imphal: A team narcotic cell Imphal East on Tuesday apprehended a resident of Nambol khongkham, Bishnupur district in connection with trading foreign liquors.
The man was nabbed along with one i10 car bearing registration number MNOIG-8716 white in colour and seized foreign liquors from North A.O.C near Fashion Dress.
Old Monk (750ml) -2 cases, O.C Blue (375 ml)-1case, McDwells (750 ml)-3 cases ,(4) Old Monk (375 ml) – 3 cases were seized.
The total value of the luquors is Rs 50, 000 in local market.The arrested person and seized articles were handed over to the excise station Lamphel for further proceeding, police said.
