Covid-19 outbreak relief materials land Manipur

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, March 28, 2020: Manipur has on Saturday got relief materials to use while combating the Novel Coronavirus in the state.

The relief materials were transported by an Indian Airlines plane.

Chief minister N. Biren Singh on his Facebook walk posted “Landed at the Bir Tikendrajit International Airport, Imphal, one hundred and  ninety one ( 191) packages weighing about 2.5 tonnes of relief materials containing 1200 PPES, about a ton of sanitizers, digital infrared thermometers and masks”.

So far Manipur has one Covid-19 positive case. The health condition of the patient reportedly improving.
