Imphal, January 08, 2017 (DIPR): Chief Minister Shri N. Biren Singh felicitated Guinness World Record holder in Limbo Skating, Master Tiluck Keisham by presenting a cash reward of Rs. 5 lakh at Chief Minister’s Secretariat today.
In May last year, 8-year-old Master Tiluck broke his own record in Limbo Skating by propelling himself 145 metres or 475 ft and 7 inches, beneath poles just 30 cm high. Tiluck’s earlier Guinness World Record set in December 2015 was 116 metres.
Works Minister Shri Th. Biswajit, Forest and Environment Minister Shri Th. Shyamkumar, Education Minister Shri Th. Radheshyam and Youth Affairs and Sports Director Shri N. Praveen were also present at the occasion.
