Imphal, September 21: Manipur University Inter College Handball Tournament (for men and women), 2017 – 18 which was supposed to begin on September 23 has been rescheduled on September 24, said a statement by Dr. L. Vijaykumar Singh, organising secretary of the tournament.
It requested all the participating colleges to report at 8.30 am at the SAI Handball unit at Takyel, Imphal.
