H.Bushan of Manipur claimd the U-14 Boys Single title beating Anchit Gogoi of Assam by 6-7(7-3), 6-3 and 6-1 sets in the AITA Series Tennis Championship 2017 held at Officer’s Club, Lamphelpat.
As for the U-14 Girls Single event, Charmie Nongmeikapam of Manipur beat Kalpita Rajkhowa of Assam by 6-1 and 6-3 sets. The U-14 Double event title was bagged by Assam pair of Anchit Gogoi and Arnest Bora beating Khusal G of Telengana and Ashwajit Meisnam of Manipur by 6-1 and 6-4 sets.
Manipur additional chief secretary Sambhu Singh distributed the prizes to the players.
