People paid floral tribute to Sapam Robinhood who died during ILP agitation in the second death anniversary observed by Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) at Ananda Singh Higher Secondary School today.
Arjun Telheiba, convenor of JCILPS said the sacrifice of Robinhood in safeguarding the original settlers should not be taken lightly.
