Imphal, December 13, 2017: 11 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) apprehended a PREPAK (PRO) cadre while he was attempting to flee from his hideout house at Moreh.
The Assam Rifles in a press note state that the apprehended PREPAK cadre was SS Maj Ningomban Prem Kumar Singh @ Apamba @ Sureh @ Jiten of PREPAK(PRO), aged 45 years son of Mr Ningomban Kala Singh, resident of village Wabagai Makha, Leikai, Thoubal hiding in a house in ward No 7, Moreh since past few days while he was attempting to flee from the house at around 3:40 pm on Monday.
The individual and recovered items were later handed over to Moreh police station and FIR was lodged booking the individual as ‘BLACK’ on 11 Dec 2017, added the press note.
