Imphal, Sept 18: A one day workshop program on “Digital India” was today held to sensitise people in IT sector about the benefit and limitation of government IT schemes, at the auditorium of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Mantripukhri.
The workshop was organised by Software Technology Park of India (STPI). Gautam Kumar, deputy director of STPI, Guwahati deliver presentations on the cashless transaction and benefits and limitation of cashless transaction.
Laimayum Motilal Sharma, joint director of STPI, Imphal also presented various schemes on North-East BPO’s. Representatives of various IT firms of Manipur attended the workshop.
