Imphal: Security forces on Wednesday arrested the self-styled commander-in-chief of Chin Kuki Mizo Army Paokholen Guite, of P. Mongjang village, Churachandpur district, at S. Munuam, under Churachandpur-police Station, Churachandpur district, Manipur.
The arrestee was involved in trafficking of weapons and drugs across the India-Myanmar border for non-SoO organizations in Manipur such as UKNA. He was also involved in extortion activities, said Manipur Police on Friday.

Two AK 47 rifles with magazines, thirty-one 7.62 AK 47 rounds, one hundred fifty 7.62 SLR/LMG rounds, cash amount of Rs 1 lakh, one bullet proof pouch, one four-wheeler, Hyundai Creta bearing registration number 24 BH 0676B and two mobile phones were recovered from his possession.
