Imphal: Manipur State Commission for Women (MSCW) has ‘strongly’edstronged the killing of innocent women and children at Jiribam.
MSCW said it had earlier appealed for their safe release, unconditionally.
“MSCW believe that every woman has the right to live without fear and killing of innocent women and children is an act of cowardice.”
It also expressed condolences to the bereaved families.
