Instruction for punctuality

Chief Secretary, O. Nabakishore Singh has served instruction to all the administrative secretaries not to keep file pending in their offices for more than a day.
Nabakishore has advised the secretaries to check punctuality in the office attendance of the employees.
In the recent meeting with the administrative secretaries and heads of departments chief minister N. Biren Singh had expressed for the timely disposal of files and punctuality in attendance, particularly for good governance and delivery of services to the public transparently.
