Imphal: Manipur government imposed ban on making Chief Minster’s Hakshelgi Tengbang (CMHT)/Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (PMJAY) by unofficial agents without permissions.
In a statement released by state health services, said that certain unofficial agents have been luring the general public for making CMHT/PMJAY cards and posting unofficial publicity video clips social media platforms for personal gains and without Government permissions.
It advices that the ISA Enrolment Operators and Common Service Centres (CSC) that to take approval from authority concerned for making CMHT/PNJAY cards proposed by unofficial agents, representatives of NGOs/CSOs, etc.
It is mandatory, that one family member is to visit the Enrolment Counter/ CSC for making the cards, so that making cards on behalf of the beneficiaries may be prevented by unofficial agents.
Any unofficial agents & representatives of NGOs/CSOs etc. are also prohibited share publicity video clips and status regarding CMHT/PMJAY Enrolment or IEC Awareness in social media platforms. Legal actions under Cyber Crime Act and other rules shall be taken up against all unofficial agents attempting to violate the above regulations, it said.
