AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi has lambast Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying he has cheated the people of Manipur by signing Naga accord with the NSCN-IM.
Rahul said the accord (or framework agreement) was signed without the knowledge of the chief minister Okram Ibobi and informed to the president of AICC Sonia Gandhi later it was signed. “When Modi spoke about the accord no one knows except, tell us what is there in the accord” said Rahul.
“Congress will keep on safeguarding the territorial integrity of the state when the BJP keeps trying to disintegrate by creating enmity among communities in the state” said Rahul saying that the BJP is interested in creating enmity among different communities in the country.

“You (Modi) are smiling when lives of poor farmers, daily bread earners and the small scale traders are spoiled through demonetisation.” “Properties in the form of real estate, gold and wealth at Swiss Bank are left aside and only poor and innocent people are seen in lines in front of banks, why is it?” asked Rahul to the Prime Minister.
Rahul also showed income tax documents that proved Modi of receiving money from from big companies like Reliance and Birla. “Where ever you (Modi) go you point your fingers to people, but why don’t you find out your name in the income tax document” asked Rahul.
