Imphal: Rajya Sabha MP of Manipur Maharaja Sanajaoba Leishemba has been infected with Dengue.
On behalf of MP (RS), Manipur, it is to convey that Maharaja Sanajaoba Leishemba is currently unable to fulfil social commitments, attend meetings, or participate in public events as he has been indisposed due to Dengue Fever, said a statement issued by Maisnam Shivdutta Singh, PA/PS to MP Sanajaoba on Thursday.
“All well-wishers, civil society organisations and government departments and others are requested to understand his inability to accept invitations or participate in scheduled events during this time. The MP shall not be able to keep his commitments for about a fortnight…, he will attend public functions and other social engagements as soon as his health permits.”
