Imphal: Manipur Police in continuance of its relentless drive to curb offences related to motor vehicles arrested a vehicle lifter with an oil tanker on Wednesday.
The arrested person was identified as Chingakham Sushildro Singh of Khabam Makha Leikai, under Heingang police station, Imphal East district.
He was apprehended near Mao gate along NH-2, said police on Thursday.
“From his possession, one oil tanker bearing registration No. MN06T 0979 was seized.”
