Imphal: Manipur Health directorate on Saturday reported 38 new Dengue positive cases, which takes the cumulative positive cases to 1171 in the state.
Twenty-seven of the new cases belonged to Imphal West, six to Imphal East, and one each to Thoubal, Bishnupur, Kakching, Senapati and Ukhrul districts.
September recorded 642 cases as against 399 cases in August.
Imphal West has the highest cumulative positive cases of 862 Dengue cases.
