Bishnupur farmers urge Pooja to ensure safe access to their fields

Imphal: Farmers of Bishnupur district on Saturday urged district deputy commissioner Pooja Elangbam to take necessary steps to ensure safe access to their fields.

She assured the farmers that the District Administration is committed to supporting them and will take up their concerns with the relevant authorities to work out timely and effective solutions. She also briefed the farmers on measures already initiated by the District Administration and listened to their grievances on the ground.

The farmers expressed their gratitude to the deputy commissioner for visiting their fields and for her direct engagement with them.
