Imphal: The Ruiva Branch Football Academy inaugurated and handed over its third Football turf ground at Kahumtang, Ukhrul, on Monday.
The facility in Ukhrul town showcased the growing emphasis on sports infrastructure in the region.
The football turf ground was inaugurated by Rev. Aping Khamprang, Pastor of Somdal Baptist Church, in the presence of village leaders, players, and other dignitaries from the town who actively participated in the programme.
To celebrate the inaugural occasion, an under-13 football match was organized, adding excitement and enthusiasm to the event.
