Imphal: MLA Lallian Mang Khaute met union minister of Civil Aviation, Kinjarapu Ram Mohan in New Delhi on Saturday and submitted a representation for a mini airport in Churachandpur district and discussed the problems and difficulties faced by the people of Churachandpur district with regard to air connectivity.
Khaute is one of the signatories among 10 Kuki-Zo MLAs who have been demanding separation administration for Kuki within the state.
“Today, I called on Shri KR Naidu, Hon’ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Govt. Of India in his office and congratulated him. Discussed the problems & difficulties faced by our people with regard to air connectivity. Submitted a representation for a mini airport in Ccpur,” te Kuki MLA posted on X.
