3-day training on animal husbandry launched at relief camp

Imphal: The 3 days Skill Development Training Programme on Poultry, Piggery and Dairy Farming was formally launched at Mekola Gulab Higher Secondary School, relief Camp, Mekola on Monday by deputy director, district Veterinary office Imphal West, Dr. Kh Ibetombi Devi.

The training programme schedule was to begin from July 14 and conclud on July 22.

Three days have been allotted for each farming.

The training was imparted by Dr. Devkeshor, V.O., Dr. Tonsana Sing, V.O., Dr. Subhaschandra Singh, V.O., Dr. Dilrash M, V.O. and Dr. Ng. Saratchandra Singh, V.O. of District Vety. Office, Imphal West.

Around 50 inmates attended the training programme.

Relief materials were also distributed to the inmates.
