Imphal: With the recovery of 183 Covid-19 patients the recovery rate in Manipur stood at 96.62 percent while one life has been claimed with infection of 178 persons as on Monday.
The single death case belonged to Imphal West. She was not vaccinated, Covid-19 common control room of the state said.
The new cases were from Imphal East (60), Imphal West (66), Thoubal (3), Bishnupur (8), Kalcching (2), Ukhrul (14), Churachandpur (10), Chandel (2), Senapati (2), Tamenglong (8), Pherzawl (1), Kangpokpi (1) and CAPF (1).
The cumulative number of deaths is 1832. The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,18,673. The number of active cases is 2.183, the control room said.
In the last 24 hours, a total of 1103 D-type oxygen cylinders and 232 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health facilities of Manipur.
The cumulative vaccine doses administered as on Sunday in Manipur was 1626163 (1st dose of 1213879 and 2nd dose of 412284).
