Imphal: Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) appeals to people to visit to its new website https://billing.mspdcl.info, as the old website has been temporarily disabled.
In this connection the power distribution company issued a notification on Tuesday.
When recharged for Rs 1000 through the new portal, it provided a bonus of Rs 160 on Tuesday and in the past few days.
The notification informs that the old website of MSPDCL https://billing.mspdcl.com has been temporarily disabled. Prepaid recharge on paytm App is also disabled due to maintenance work.
To avail online prepaid recharge service for all prepaid meters, consumers of MSPDCL are informed to visit the new website, it said.
“Electricity prepaid recharge through our payment collection partner ltzcash also remains active. It is therefore requested to all esteemed consumers of MSPDCL that the online prepaid recharge voucher generation for any prepaid meter may kindly place their request through the new web-portal,” the notification said.
Consumers shall be informed once the services are resumed.
It also informs that prepaid consumers may also know their connection number or consumer number from the new web- portal through the prepaid meter serial numbers.
