Six new Covid-19 positive cases confirmed in Manipur

Imphal: On Saturday six new Covid-19 cases, three from general public and the other three from central armed forces, have been confirmed in Manipur.
The positive cases from general population were from Thoubal (1) and Bishnupur (2).

All necessary medical precautionary measures like containment and contact tracing are in place, state Covid-19 common control room said.

It said in the last 24 hours, there is no report of death. The cumulative number of deaths was 373. 5.

Two recovered persons were discharged from home isolation on this day.

The cumulative number of positive cases was 29,332, the number of active cases ws pushed to 28. The recovery rate moved at 98.63 percent.

As on Friday a cumulative number of vaccinated persons was 80,166 persons including 31, 056 health care workers.
