213 tested negative of COVID-19

Imphal: As on Thursday till 6-30 pm 213 individuals were tested at VRDLs of RIMS (103) and JNIMS (110) and all are found COVID-19 negative.

The Trunaat machine recently installed at RIMS to augment existing testing capacity is now put in use, Manipur COVID-19 Control Room said.

The state government in consultation with stakeholders has adopted the policy of immediate discharge of “result” negative persons for home quarantine. The approved guideline of home quarantine is a scientific and effective means of prevention and is practiced worldwide. The guidelines are available at www.mohfw.gov.in., the control  room said.
