Imphal, February 3, 2018: A combined team of Thoubal police, Kakching police and NAB, SDC of Lilong, food safety officer of Thoubal and Kakching, members of All Lilong Anti Drug Association today seized three four wheelers, eight two wheelers, one double barren gun and two gm of heroine no. 4 in a search operation at Lilong Leihaokhong, Lilong Yangbi and Lilong Haoreibi Awang Leikai.
A total of 77 Del (codine) bottles were also recovered from one person identified as Sheikh Safique Ahamed. He was apprehended.
The vehicles are suspected to be of stolen. It was found at a residence of one Ramijuddin, 43, son of late Md Sambudin of Lilong Haoureibi Awang leikai. Only one minor girl was at home when the team raided the house. From there one double barrel gun with a license issued at Moreh was also found.
Also 2 gm was heroine No. 4 was also recovered from one Mujibur Rahman
The combined team has taken up hunting for Ramijuddin.
