Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister Smt. Nemcha Kipgen today released the first ‘Consolidated Annual Report – 2012-16’ of Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) at the office chamber of the Minister at New Secretariat, Imphal.
On this occasion, Minister expressed that every child is precious and as such fundamental rights of all the children will be protected through the commission. She also seeks cooperation from all the stakeholders. The Minister urged the Chairperson and members of the commission to work efficiently so that justice is not denied to any child.
While addressing the gatherings, Chairperson (MCPCR), S. Saratkumar Sharma highlighted the various roles taken up by the commission for the welfare children in the state.
The function was attended by S. Saratkumar Sharma, Chairperson (MCPCR), Manipur, Dr. K. Sobita Devi, Chairperson, Manipur State Commission for Women and officials of MCPCR.(DIPR).
