KSC Lambulane thrashed VSA Sora by 6-0 goals in the 1st RKFD’s Sangai Trophy 2017 Veteran Football Tournament 2017 played at Pamyal ground, Patsoi.

It was a cakewalk victory for the KSC team as Kmaimang Haokip, Kamchon struck two goals each while Nehgoulen Kipgen and Lenkhogin Hansing fetch a goal each for the victory.

In another match, Football Lovers Association Manipur beat SIRTI Chandel by 3-2 goals. Both team displayed great urgency in the match but Football Lovers drew first blood when Ak.Mahesh struck two goals while Panmei came up with the third goal. The two goal for SIRTI Chandel was scored by K.Rock and W.Phamward Maring.

Players Transfer: DSA Bisnupur will hold its inter club transfer of players from May 17-23 at its office located at Ward No 8 from 1pm to 3pmdaily. Players willing to apply are to fork out demand draft of Rs 2000 drawn in favour DSA Bishnupur along with two passport photos.

FC Wangkhem beat FVWA Mapal Kangjeibung by 4-2 goals in the 19th Challenge Cup Veteran Football Tournament 2017 played at Akhampat in Imphal East.

Md.Firoz Khan Khan scored two goals while Th.Baleshor and Th.Suranjit fetch a goal each for Wangkhem team. The two goals for FVWA came from Wangkhem player Manglem who concedded an own goal while the other was scored by M.Somen.
